Led by 2025 WEB Award Winner Amanda Shettlesworth, MBA, SHRM-CP, PHR, this empowering session focused on turning feedback into a powerful tool for personal and professional growth. Through engaging discussion and practical takeaways, attendees learned how to seek development opportunities, advocate to be heard, and coach others with confidence and positivity. On July 22, 2025, the Greater Bloomington Chamber of Commerce hosted "The Talent Bridge: Empowering Workforce Growth at Every Level."
