YMCA South Ribbon Cutting

​Congratulations to The YMCA South and Emily Abbott, Director of Group Exercise on their new Mind Body Studio. This new space opened on September 1st and includes a ballet barre, mirrors, beautiful custom cabinetry, surround sound audio, new equipment and so much more. Though the end of summer is in sight, the Monroe County Y continues to bring the fun and the heat. They invite you all to come and have a blast, listen to music, move, learn, and SWEAT with their instructors. Bring a friend, a family member, or a coworker - the more the merrier!
