Congratulations to the American Red Cross Indiana Region- Bloomington Office on your new location and grand opening to the community. The Monroe County Chapter provides: disaster services support, armed forces emergency services, international tracing, blood services, training in first aid/CPR, workplace training, water safety, lifeguarding, babysitting, preventing disease transmission, HIV/AIDS, AEDA, Lifeline services program, disaster/mitigation education.

Today, climate change has brought about a critical need for experts trained in disaster response and recovery. Lives and livelihoods depend on disaster management leaders’ ability to assess emergencies and coordinate resources to manage them
