Upcoming Code/IT Academy at the Mill!

Code/IT Academy is our 10-week upskilling program for new economy jobs in web development. The cohort will meet twice a week on Tuesday and Thursday evenings from 5:30-7pm here at The Mill. We’ll start on July 11th and wrap up on September 14th. The application deadline is June 23rd and folks can apply here.

The summer 2023 program helps participants learn the basics of building websites! No previous experience in web development or coding is needed. You can gain a basic understanding of essential web development skills and business practices. You can learn to build websites using HTML and CSS, following the principles of “mobile first” and responsive web design.

Additionally:

• $1,600 tuition is waived on acceptance to the program
• You must reside in Monroe County and be 18 years old by July 11, 2023
• Access to laptops provided if needed
• All classes are in person at The Mill (no virtual option)
