United Way Seeks to Understand the Effect of COVID-19 with Household Survey

​United Ways in Indiana are conducting a survey to better understand the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic. The survey takes about 10 minutes to complete. All responses are confidential. Everyone is encouraged to take it. The survey closes on March 5th.

This survey asks about you, your household, and what you are doing to get by.

Local United Ways will receive county level data from the survey. Information collected will help identify trends and local needs, and guide work with community partners to provide resources and support in this difficult time.
