The Hot Room offering specialty class to first responders

Sunday, September 11th, 2:30 - 3:30pm at the Bloomington studio Aaron Gerth will be leading a "Pay What You Can" class on 9/11 for first responders! In honor of 9/11, The Hot Room is offering a specialty class to our first responders. This “Pay What You Can” class will lead you through a hot dynamic yoga flow that connects breath work with each posture. This class is designed for public servants with functional movement in mind so you can show up for your community in the most powerful way. No experience necessary! This class will be taught by, Aaron Gerth, a 200-RYT, and retired firefighter from the Wayne Township Fire Dept, Indianapolis.
