The Community Foundation of Bloomington and Monroe County Announces New Online Fund Portal

The Community Foundation of Bloomington and Monroe County is excited to announce the launch of our new online fund portal thanks to the purchase of an advanced technology platform. This easy to use and accessible portal will allow you to access your Community Foundation fund online and is secured with a password protected website.

​What are the benefits of the fund portal?
  • Fund balances are actively updated and available in real time.
  • Email alerts when a new contribution is made to your fund. You can view the donor’s name and address and the portal automatically saves all historic donor information, unless it is anonymous.
  • Notifications when a new grant distribution is posted from your fund and also saves all historic grant information, such as your annual fund distributions.
  • Fund statements and investment updates will be posted regularly and immediately available to view in the portal.
  • The system records your own gifts including the tax receipts to any Community Foundation fund and the portal automatically saves all historic gift information for access and reporting.
  • Donor advisors can easily submit grant requests through the portal.
When can I access my fund portal?
  • The fund portal will be available to all users on Wednesday, November 9th.
  • We will be reaching out to fund holders and advisors ahead of time with login information, “How To” tutorial videos on gaining access to your account, navigation tools on how to use your fund portal, and office hours for any hands-on assistance you may need.
