Here at Trilogy, we’re driven by our commitment to compassionate care. Our employees and family members have changed the lives of seniors not only throughout our campuses, but throughout the entire Midwest. This is made possible through our service-based initiatives, such as our annual Independence from Hunger Food Drive!
Our Purpose is to come together as a work family and support those in our communities who find themselves in a state of food insecurity. This is our 14th Hunger campaign and we have raised more than 8.2 million pounds of food. We will support both the stocking of our campus/site CareShelf units and local food bank partners through this year's campaign.
Our Careshelf is a permanent fixture that is accessible to every Trilogy/ Paragon / PCA employee, free of charge! It allows all employees to have their personal food security needs met through the kindness of fellow employees and existing hunger charitable partners. It should be a safe space for people. This resource makes it discrete and easy for our employees who are struggling to access the groceries they need for their family.
