This is a high profile, community leadership position that interacts with leaders across all sectors. UWMC creates positive change by coordinating and mobilizing resources of supportive partners and contributors, including key institutions, major employers, and strong nonprofit social service agencies. ​

We are seeking a President & CEO who is a strong communicator and convener to engage our donors and volunteers and advance our nonprofit coordination efforts in the community. This person will be responsible for responding to the pressing and ever-changing needs of our community with flexibility and creativity. Fundraising, leadership, and relationship building experience required with a preference for someone who has established relationships with our community leaders and an understanding of our community. This role offers a great opportunity to make a positive impact and will give the right person the freedom to be entrepreneurial while collaborating with a great team of professionals.
