Regency Multifamily is pleased to announce the promotions of two deserving individuals. Shane Allen was promoted to Senior Vice President & Chief Investment Officer and Chris Ingalls to Maintenance Superintendent over the Bloomington region.
As Senior Vice President & Chief Investment Officer, Shane will be responsible for investor relations, monitoring liquidity needs, development, acquisitions, dispositions, securing financing, maintaining lender relationships, monitoring the performance of the portfolio, and placing insurance risk for the company. Chris Ingalls will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance operations of Adams Village, Fountain Park, Meadow Park, and Steeplechase Apartments. Before his role as Maintenance Superintendent, Chris worked as the Lead Maintenance Technician at Flats at 146 in Noblesville, IN., and was awarded Maintenance Technician of the Year in 2021. “Both of these individuals have proven themselves to be hard-working and dedicated to growth,” said Teresa Kelnhofer, President and CEO. “We are excited to see what achievements they accomplish in their new roles.” For more information about Regency Multifamily go to Regency-Multifamily.com
