 The Chamber is excited to see the progress made on Owen County State Bank's 3rd location in the greater Bloomington area! The groundbreaking at 4020 S Old State Road 37, Bloomington, Indiana, 47401, was a tribute to OCSB's mission of Growing With You. Bob Taylor, OCSB President/CEO, praised Smith Design and Strauser Construction in bringing the vision of OCSB to life. Construction is expected to be complete in September 2021.
