Northwest Bank Named Among America’s Best Midsize Employers for 2024

Northwest Bank, a full-service financial institution offering a complete line of business and personal banking solutions, has been recognized on the Forbes list of America’s Best Midsize Employers for 2024. The annual ranking lists the top 400 midsize employers that received the most recommendations from a survey of more than 170,000 U.S.-based workers at American companies. Northwest Bank is 340th on the list.
 
The prestigious award is presented by Forbes and Statista Inc., the world-leading statistics portal and industry ranking provider. The awards list was announced on February 13, 2024 and can currently be viewed on the Forbes website.

Forbes and Statista selected the America’s Best Employers 2024 through an independent survey applied to a vast sample of approximately 170,000 American employees working for companies between 1,000 and 5,000 employees in the U.S. Across various industry sectors, 1,000 employers have been awarded, 600 large employers and 400 midsize employers. The evaluation was based on direct and indirect recommendations from current and former employees that were asked to rate their willingness to recommend their own employers to friends and family. New to the methodology this year was the inclusion of data from the past three years—with more recent data weighted more heavily—to better identify companies that have been rated well consistently over time.
