Join us at Ivy Tech’s Shreve Hall April 10th from 8:00-5:00 for an informative and interactive HR Conference. South Central Indiana HR Association has secured top speakers in their respective field to dig into complicated topics such as Pay Equity, HR and Compliance Laws, Investigations, and how to bring Empathy into the workplace.

Cassandra Faurote with Total Rewards Solutions will start us off with ‘Time to Fix Pay Equity!’ where she will guide us through an interactive pay equity audit while guiding us on best practices. Kathryn Cimera with Mallor Grodner then will provide extremely timely updates in her ‘2024 Employment Law Update: Staying Ahead of the Curve’. After lunch, Kathryn and Natalia Rayzor, Employee Development Officer at IUCU and Adjunct Faculty at IU will guide us in an Interactive Workshop tackling difficult situations that arise in the workplace (Investigations, Terminations, and more!). Last but definitely not least, Jeremy York with InvigorateHR will help broaden our perspective and increase our Management Skills with ‘Empathy: The New Work Culture Norm’.
