 The City of Bloomington developed a local business outreach survey to learn more about how businesses pivoted during COVID and what COVID-related programs have been helpful (on both a local and national level). The survey is entirely voluntary and anonymous. Responses are requested by Friday, June 4th at this link: https://cityofbloomington.research.net/r/WLQR9ZJ.
