Free First-Time Homebuyer Workshop

Apprisen, in partnership with United Way of South Central Indiana and Union Savings Bank, will help you achieve your dreams by providing you the information you need to own your first home:

• Preparing for homeownership
• Working with a real estate agent
• Understanding budgets and credit history
• Finding and working with a lender
• Home inspections and home maintenance
• Preventing loan default on your first home

Dates: November 8th & 9th, 2023 from 5pm – 8 pm  (Must attend both sessions)
