Conservation Law Center is excited to welcome Andrea Lutz in the newly created position of Director of Advancement. This new role replaces the prior Director of Development position and will expand the responsibilities to include administering the organization’s development and marketing initiatives, as well as program expansion and management. Andrea brings with her nearly twenty years of experience ranging from small business management to corporate sales and marketing. Growing up near Lake Michigan, she shares a lifelong passion for the environment and the Great Lakes region. In addition to her professional work, Andrea is a champion for small businesses and local nonprofits. She currently serves as a board member of Sycamore Land Trust and just completed her term on the Cardinal Stage board. She loves living in Southern Indiana and has made it her home with her husband, two children, and two rescue dogs. “After 15 years of sustained success, the Center was ready to make an investment in growth”, adds Christian Freitag, Executive Director of Conservation Law Center. “The Efroymson Fund stepped up to help make this possible, as they have numerous times before to support the health of the environment in Indiana. We can only do good when we do well, and we’re excited to have Andrea’s help to reach our potential for Indiana and the Midwest, as well as the IU Maurer students.”
