City of Bloomington Utilities (CBU) reports that some customers have not received their paper April bill for water, wastewater, stormwater, and sanitation in the mail. CBU is investigating the cause of the delay and will not charge any CBU customers a late fee this month. Whether or not a customer has received a paper bill, CBU always offers multiple options for making a payment and receiving assistance:
