The April/May issue of Bloom is coming out on schedule, just as it has for the past 14 years. However, since so many of our 200+ distribution locations are temporarily closed, this month we will be mailing copies directly to thousands of homes throughout the city. Look for one in your mailbox by April 14. We hope it will be a welcomed refuge of familiar faces and places at a time when our town is, in many ways, unrecognizable. Click "Read More" to see a full list of locations that will have Bloom Magazine available. If you don’t receive a copy, you can still ask for one during any essential travel to these local businesses:
Black’s Mercantile. Bloomingfoods East & Near West Side. Bloomington Bagel Co. on Dunn Street. Bloomington Hardware. On the square: Goods for Cooks (just inside the foyer of Uptown Plaza). IGA, Ellettsville. IGA, Nashville. Williams Brothers Health Care Pharmacy. or on the stand in front of the Bloom office: 414 W. 6th St. We are committed to ensuring that Bloom will outlast the pandemic. However, many of our advertisers are affected, and in order to create and publish the next issue, we are in need of community support. Please consider donating to our GoFundMe at magbloom.com/donate or purchasing the new Bloom book, The Killer Who Fell from the Sky, now available at magbloom.com. Book proceeds will go to Shalom Community Center. Please help us continue celebrating life in Bloomington for many years to come.
