A whimsical local toy store is coming to the Eastside of Bloomington this November

After years of only having big box or online stores for buying gifts for her kids and their friends, Kat Pruce made it her mission to create a local toy store. Pruce is opening her playful, bookish-themed toy shop on the Eastside of Bloomington this November called Mairzy Doats. The store offers toys, puzzles, board games, and secondhand books.

“I’m so excited for local families to come out to Mairzy Doats and see all of the toys you can’t get anywhere else in town! All are welcome in this shop, with walls full of rainbows, trees, and shelves full of toys at every price point. There’s something for all ages - even adults!”
