Cunningham Restaurant Group (CRG) opens its 15th BRU Burger Bar location today in Bloomington, Indiana, near the campus of Indiana University.
The newest BRU is on the first floor of The Annex of Bloomington at 3rd Street and Grant Street and features interior seating for over 130 guests with comfortable, contemporary décor including Bloomington artwork and classic photos. The family-friendly, high-energy restaurant serves lunch and dinner, seven days a week in an environment everyone can enjoy. Guests can also dine on the covered outdoor patio space with a retractable roof and seating for over 25 guests. BRU’s menu features an array of signature burgers, classic sandwiches, appetizers, beer-battered onion rings, and French fries served with housemade ketchup. BRU also offers several vegetarian options. An extensive drink menu offers guests everything from hand-dipped milkshakes to handcrafted cocktails. A plentiful selection of locally brewed beer is on tap as well as wine and other spirits. In addition to supporting local breweries, BRU supports many local farms sourcing the freshest ingredients for its menu offerings.

Ivy Tech Community College Bloomington is offering a short-term Project Management Professional (PMP)® certification preparation class. The course starts March 1 through April 19 and will be held virtually on Fridays from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m.
The course is intended for individuals who wish to obtain a PMP credential from Project Management Institute (PMI®). Prior to taking the PMP exam, PMI requires proof at least three years of project management experience and 35 contact hours of project management education. Ivy Tech Community College Bloomington received $23,050 from Ivy Tech Foundation’s Women in Philanthropy, Circle of Ivy, to fund seven projects through the academic year. Circle of Ivy raised more than $200,000 to fund projects at Ivy Tech campuses across the state.
Circle of Ivy raises funds to diminish barriers to higher education for Ivy Tech students. Women’s philanthropy at Ivy Tech has a statewide reach with a focus on campus needs and projects that positively impact students. Ivy Tech Bloomington received funding that will be invested in students, support services, technology, and travel.
