Seven Local Leaders to be Honored with Women Excel Bloomington Awards

The Greater Bloomington Chamber of Commerce has announced the seven Women Excel Bloomington (WEB) 2021 honorees. These local women were chosen based on their outstanding leadership, business acumen, entrepreneurship and community involvement. The 11th Annual WEB Awards cocktail reception and celebration will be held on Wednesday, May 26, from 5:30 – 7:30 pm via Zoom.

Those to be honored at the 2021 Women Excel Bloomington Awards are:
 

• Emily Pike – Executive Director, New Hope for Family Shelter
• Esther Fuentes – Banking Center Manager & Assistant Vice Principal, Old National Bank
• Beverly Calender-Anderson – Director of Community & Family Resources, City of Bloomington
• Debra Morrow – Executive Director, Middle Way House
• Amber Skoby – Executive Director, Bloomington Housing Authority
• Beth Theile ­– Marketing Director & Co-Owner, T.I.S. Group
• Kendra Gjerdingen – Attorney at Law, Mallor Grodner LLP

 
“We cannot wait to celebrate the 2021 WEB Honorees with the community,” said Chamber president and CEO Erin Predmore.  “These women have demonstrated their incredible skills over many years, and our community is the better for it.”
