The Soft Skills is an intensive skills based training with a curriculum centered around soft skills, foundational skills and skill assessments.  Created by employment and training professionals as an introduction to workplace interpersonal and professional skills, the curriculum targets fourteen soft skills, six foundation skills and two nationally recognized assessments.  The basic structure of the program is comprised of modular, hands-on, engaging activities that focus on these skills.  This program prepares the successful candidate to fill employment soft skill gaps and demonstrate competence in these areas.
