Stacy BruceDirector of Member Services
[email protected] Stacy Bruce joined the Chamber in July 2019. For two years she has served as Executive Director of the Monroe County Apartment Association (MCAA), a membership organization. Her previous roles in the business community include working as catering events staff manager for Terry’s Catering, as director of sales and events for Salt Creek Golf Retreat, and as Sales Manager for Pepsi Americas. Stacy graduated from Indiana State. Except for her years in college, she has lived her entire life in Bloomington. She’s a true townie and the proud mother of a 15-year-old daughter. Her affiliations include BNI, NTI, Boys & Girls Club Board of Directors, Tri Kappa, and Gamma Phi Beta.
In my leisure time I enjoy spending time with my family and friends in my neighborhood with cookouts, pool parties, and sitting by the firepit. I enjoy watching my daughter play volleyball with her school team and club travel team. I enjoy working in my landscape and garden beds as well as hike on trails. We love to travel and relax on the beach. The best piece of advice I have been given is, "Work smarter, not harder!" A fun fact about me: I was the first female Pepsi Cola route driver in Bloomington and have my Class A Commercial Drivers License and can drive a Semi. I am currently learning that life is about priorities and balance. You need balance between work, family, faith, life, volunteer service and personal care to have a full and meaningful life. |
