As Senior Director of Government & Community Relations, I lead our productive advocacy team in fostering an optimal business climate. Being the Chamber's longest-tenured employee allows me to provide valuable perspective and context in representing our business community. My focus includes maintaining high-level member benefits, organizing quality events, and driving community engagement.

I'm proud to be a "Bloomerang" – having graduated here last century before returning a decade ago. My career as a lifelong public servant has spanned many roles across different areas that impact daily life. Working at the Chamber is a true honor, as I deeply believe in our mission and contributions to the community.

My wife and 9-year-old son are the center of my life. In my free time, you'll find me with my son – either playing or cheering him on at baseball and basketball games. Our family enjoys supporting the Bloomington South High School Panthers at sporting events and attending the many wonderful concerts and events in the park.

In my advocacy role, success comes from understanding different personalities, thinking on my feet, and pivoting when necessary. We work closely with local government and elected officials whose actions directly impact both our business community and daily lives.
