The Bloomington Rainbow Leadership Network (Rainbow Network) is a program of the Greater Bloomington Chamber of Commerce. We connect LGBTQ+ professionals, business owners, and allies through intentional networking, leadership development, employer engagement, and community visibility. Together, these efforts help strengthen Bloomington’s business environment. |

The Rainbow Network focuses its work across four areas that support connection, leadership, advocacy, and visibility within Bloomington’s business community. Each area is supported by a committee, and we welcome professionals and allies who are interested in helping shape and grow this work.

Professional networking that builds meaningful connections across Bloomington’s business community. Elevate Leadership development and mentorship opportunities that support personal and professional growth. Advance Working with businesses, community partners, and civic leaders to support and advance inclusive workplace practices and economic opportunity. Visibility Highlighting LGBTQ+ professionals and businesses across Bloomington and strengthening community awareness. The Bloomington Rainbow Leadership Network supports LGBTQ+ professionals, business owners, and allies by building leadership, fostering community, and expanding economic opportunity through intentional connection, shared learning, and a network that supports growth at every stage.
