Congratulations to The Excel Center Bloomington on their ribbon cutting! They celebrated the opening of their new Bloomington location with tours, refreshments, and networking. The Excel Center is a tuition-free high school that provides adults and older youth the opportunity to earn a Core 40 high school diploma, industry-recognized certifications, and college credit.
