Traveling Office Hours with Mayor Kerry Thomson Scheduled for Aug. 14

Mayor Kerry Thomson will host her next Traveling Office Hours session on Wednesday, Aug. 14, from 2-4 p.m. at Starbucks Westside, 2105 Liberty Drive.

This initiative is part of the city’s ongoing goal to ensure accessible government. Traveling Office Hours are hosted every other month by district, providing residents the opportunity to engage directly with Mayor Thomson in a personal and relaxed environment to ask questions and learn more about city projects and services.

Residents interested in attending must register in advance. To register, visit calendar.app.google/yLsupSJLWoTLnYEw5, select August 14, choose a 15-minute time slot, and complete the form. Registration is also available by calling the Office of the Mayor at 812-349-3406.

Residents who have previously participated in a one-on-one session are asked to waitlist to allow others the opportunity to meet with Mayor Thomson.
