Cancer Support Community South Central Indiana (CSC) is proud to announce the upcoming Strength in Community Luncheon, a heartfelt fundraising event dedicated to honoring the resilience and strength of our community amid the challenges posed by cancer. Scheduled for Wednesday, April 16 at 11:45am – 12:45 pm, the luncheon will take place at Switchyard Park Pavilion, located at 1601 S. Rogers Street, Bloomington, IN 47403. Guests are kindly asked to enter the parking lot off South Rogers by The Warehouse. The Strength in Community Luncheon welcomes everyone, free of charge, offering a unique opportunity to unite and learn more about the essential resources and services provided by Cancer Support Community South Central Indiana to individuals and families affected by cancer - including patients, survivors, caregivers, friends, and loved ones. Attendees will have the privilege of hearing inspiring stories directly from cancer survivors, who will bravely share their journeys of resilience, hope, and triumph over adversity. These narratives serve as poignant reminders of the inherent strength within each of us and the unyielding support that binds our community together.
While enjoying food generously donated by BJ’s Restaurant & Brewhouse, guests will have the chance to explore the diverse range of free programs and services offered by Cancer Support Community South Central Indiana. Designed to empower individuals and families facing cancer, these resources provide invaluable education, support, and guidance to navigate their journey. Furthermore, the luncheon presents an opportunity for attendees to contribute to the impactful work of Cancer Support Community South Central Indiana. Every contribution, regardless of size, directly supports CSC's mission to provide essential services and programs to those affected by cancer in our community, making a meaningful difference in their lives. Join Cancer Support Community South Central Indiana on April 16 as we celebrate the strength of those impacted by cancer and the commitment of CSC to providing support for the individuals and families impacted.
