On March 9, The Mill hosted an Info Session for the next cohort of The Mill Sales Accelerator, an 8-week, in-person program designed to help founder-led businesses strengthen their sales systems and revenue structure.
The program was created to address a common challenge facing early-stage companies: inconsistent sales execution. Rather than focusing on motivation or theory, the cohort format emphasizes structure, accountability, and practical application. Following a successful first cohort, one participant shared: “Being in a room with other entrepreneurs wrestling with real sales challenges changed how I approach sales.” The Spring cohort will begin on March 18, with six founders selected to participate in the small, peer-driven program. A Summer cohort will be announced later this year.
