Sterling Real Estate Announces Ownership Change

Sterling Real Estate, Inc., a long-standing member of the Greater Bloomington Chamber of Commerce since 2006, today announced a change in the company’s ownership. Heather Groves, a 10-year employee of the firm, is the new owner, succeeding Trish Sterling, who will remain working as a realtor for the award-winning real estate brokerage. This transition marks a new chapter for the company, promising continued success and growth serving the greater Bloomington community. 

“This is an exciting time for me professionally and personally,” said Heather Groves. “Trish Sterling built a solid company, and I am thrilled to be in a position to lead Sterling Real Estate forward. I am honored to perpetuate the legacy of this prominent brand as a one of the few woman-owned real estate brokerage firms in Southern Indiana"; she added. Heather received a Bachelor of Science degree from Indiana University and is one of Bloomington’s most faithful ambassadors. “I couldn’t be happier for Sterling Real Estate,” said Trish Sterling, the company’s founder. “The firm is in capable hands, and I have every confidence that Heather will guide it into the future successfully.”
