Waterford joined the Ivy Tech Bloomington team in September 2021, bringing with him experience as the founder and CEO of a company specializing in adventure tourism. He has served a variety of community organizations, including the Lotus Education and Arts Foundation, volunteer service with film festivals locally and nationally, and with environmental organizations and boards. The Chamber’s 4 Under 40 Award recognizes young professionals who make a significant impact within their organization through their leadership and work ethic, while also giving back to the community through civic involvement.
