Greene & Schultz Trial Lawyers Welcomes Attorney Nabeela Virjee

​Greene & Schultz Trial Lawyers is pleased to announce that litigation attorney Nabeela Virjee has joined the firm, strengthening its commitment to representing individuals in personal and workplace injury matters with skill, experience, and compassion.

Virjee brings a unique perspective to her practice, shaped by years of experience on both sides of the courtroom. She began her legal career representing defendants in a wide range of civil litigation matters, including personal injury, professional liability, and employment disputes. She later served as a litigation attorney with the City of Indianapolis Office of Corporation Counsel, where she handled civil rights and constitutional cases, including arguing a First Amendment issue on appeal before the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Seventh Circuit.

Today, Virjee focuses on advocating for individuals who have been injured. Her background defending institutions provides valuable insight into how cases are evaluated on the other side, allowing her to guide clients strategically from initial case evaluation through resolution.

Her work is also influenced by personal experience. After being seriously injured in a pedestrian accident, Virjee gained firsthand understanding of the physical, emotional, and financial challenges that follow an unexpected injury. That experience shapes her client-centered approach, with a focus on listening, responsiveness, and helping clients navigate difficult moments with confidence.

In addition to her legal practice, Virjee has held leadership roles in both the public and private sectors. She previously served as Deputy Trustee for Pike Township, where she oversaw operations and assisted individuals and families in need, and has taught as an adjunct faculty member in criminal procedure at the Indiana University Robert H. McKinney School of Law.

Virjee is active in the Indianapolis legal community and has been recognized for her professional accomplishments, including being named an “Up and Coming Lawyer” by The Indiana Lawyer. She is also a member of professional organizations, including the Indiana Trial Lawyers Association, the Indianapolis Bar Association, and the Marion County Bar Association.
