Bloomington Convention Center Construction Site Update

The Monroe County Capital Improvement Board  is excited to share the latest update on the construction of the Bloomington Convention Center.  With the City of Bloomington and other community partners, our goal is to keep you informed throughout the process until we open in January 2027.

Please see the attached flyer for construction highlights and information on navigating the site. Third Street will close between Walnut Street and College Avenue from August 24 to September 8.  College Avenue will be reduced to one lane through December 26.
