Many Chamber members manage their own online directory profiles by copying and pasting content from websites, emails, or Word documents. What most people don’t realize is that this often brings along hidden formatting code—inline styles, empty paragraphs, and inconsistent structure—that can make listings display poorly or create accessibility issues for visitors using screen readers.
