Business After Hours (BAH) is the Chamber’s signature networking event—bringing together professionals from across the community in a fun, relaxed setting.
​
As the host, your business becomes the centerpiece of the evening, giving you the chance to spotlight your space, your services, and your team in front of dozens of potential customers, partners, and community leaders.

Why Host a Business After Hours?

Hosting a BAH is about more than just networking—it’s about building real connections and lasting visibility for your brand.

When you host, you’ll:
  • Showcase your business to fellow Chamber members and community leaders
  • Drive foot traffic—many attendees will be visiting your location for the first time
  • Grow your network in a social, low-pressure environment
  • Position your business as a community leader
  • Receive widespread promotion through the Chamber’s marketing channels
  • Create a memorable event that ties positive experiences back to your brand
Business After Hours is more than an event—it’s a chance to build relationships and strengthen your business community presence.
 

What’s Included When You Host?

Chamber Support & Marketing

​We’ll help you succeed by providing:
  • Event promotion via email, social media, website, and newsletter
  • Chamber staff on-site for guest registration
  • Name tags, sign-in sheets, and event signage
  • Assistance with creative ideas to make your event stand out
  • Post-event registration list for your follow-up

Host Responsibilities

Picture
As the host, you’ll provide:
  • The event venue (your location or a co-host partner’s)
  • Food & beverage for 150–200 attendees (utilizing Chamber-member vendors when possible)
  • Door prizes (at least one major prize and several smaller ones are encouraged)
  • Event insurance & applicable permits
  • A licensed bar service if alcohol is served (required by Indiana law)
  • Your speaker: You’ll have up to 5 minutes during the event to welcome guests, share your story, and highlight your business offerings

Booking Process

  • Fill out the Host Commitment Form.
  • Select your top 3 preferred months to host.
  • The Chamber will follow up to confirm your date and finalize your contract.
  • A 50% deposit is due with your signed agreement.
  • We’ll partner with you every step of the way to ensure your event is a success!
