  • InfoWe experience the world through our nervous system. A stressed nervous system directly affects our ability to attain a sense of inner peace. We can take a new look at the way in which we move our bodies in the world - including through Yoga Asana - to see if our movements contribute to our intention of gaining a greater sense of peace, inside, with others and in our communities. We will explore through gentle movement, breath work (Pranayama), and an all-levels Vinyasa practice. This workshop will be eye-opening for everyone from beginners to advanced practitioners. Although no prior yoga experience is necessary, it will be helpful if participants are familiar with Surya Namaskar (Sun Salutation).
