 | New to yoga? This series is for you. Our "Beginners Only!" course is exclusively reserved for those without prior yoga experience, so you can feel comfortable in a class of people who are also just starting out on their yoga journey. We will cover the fundamentals of a physical yoga practice, including postures, breath work, and some introductory meditation. Benefits include reduced stress, improved circulation, and better muscle tone and skeletal alignment. You do not need to be flexible, strong, or in any way athletic to participate in this class. As with any type of exercise, however, certain injuries and conditions may limit participation, so please call the studio if you have particular concerns. $40 for 4 sessions |
