With almost a century of experience creating opportunities for business success, the Greater Bloomington Chamber of Commerce is the premier business membership organization in south central Indiana. The Chamber is a partnership of almost 1,000 businesses and organizations that work together to build better business and a stronger community,
by providing common ground where business and community objectives can be realized.
Every strategy, program and service is created specifically to provide a positive results whether to help individual businesses succeed, strengthen the area’s vitality or to create a more prosperous community. We are 100 percent focused on results that translate directly to our customers—our members and our community.

Though we count the area's largest employers among our member businesses, more than 80% of our members are small businesses with 10 or less employees. By focusing on the needs of all of our members through quality programming, cost-saving initiatives, and advocacy efforts, the Greater Bloomington Chamber of Commerce is a community partner that provides value for members, enhances the business climate in the area, and advocates for public policy that supports economic growth and vitality.
Together with key community partnerships, along with the visionary civic leadership of our Board of Directors and members filling more than 500 volunteer positions—work hand-in-hand with 14 staff members to make our Chamber one of the most dynamic member-driven and community-oriented organizations in the region.
